Hi I am new with Zoho CRM and I have an issue that someone may know how to solve it.

I am trying to create a workflow in order to send emails. My company have some kind of yearly subscriptions, and we want that a month before this subscription ends, an email is send to a contact person (or many persons).

The point is that:

-we have every contact filled

-each company have some contacts associated

-each deal (subscription) have a company associated.

What i want to do is create a workflow "action" to send an email to every contact associated with the company that got the subscription.

I did many trials but even with the creation of the email notification i can not find the way to search for the contacts associated.
