I am contacting you to request your support with an automation I would like to implement in Zoho CRM.

In the Accounts module, we have a subform called "Current Contracts" to manage active contracts. The goal is to automate renewal reminders for those contracts marked as renewable, with a frequency of 90, 60, 30, and 15 days before their expiration.

When trying to configure this automation using Workflow Rules, I noticed that the system only allows me to select main fields from the module and not the data contained within the subform.

Based on this, I would like to ask the following:

1. Is it possible to implement this automation natively, or is it necessary to develop a custom function (Deluge) to access the information in the subform?

2. Since the email template varies for each reminder, is it possible to use the templates created in the CRM, or do they need to be generated through code?
