Email Blocked

Hi.

I am writing on behalf of my wife's account, Marie.Mckee@zoho.com.
A few days a go, she started getting the message saying her Outgoing mails were blocked.
I did some research and found that this is most likely due to the daily 300MB limit and that
her account was probably hijacked. I had her immediately change her password to a stronger
one. We also sent a contact_us/help message to support asking for help, and used the forums
to reply to others having the same issue and ask that her account be unblocked.

Today, she can no longer even log in, with a message saying the account is inactive. Why is
this done? Can she have her account restored please? My family uses the free zoho email for
the two of us and our 4 kids do too. We have really liked the email and other apps you let us
use and would not like moving off to another company.
