You have blocked my noreply email almost 3 times now. The first time someone told me that my email will be unblocked, never gave me a reason, never told me if it would happen again.
I haven't exceeded the 50 email limit or the 200MB limit. I am trying to operate a business. I want to know why I have been blocked, and I want to know if it will happen again.
If so, I will find another mail provider, I haven't even gotten any customers yet and the fact your servers are already causing me trouble makes me want to find a new provider.
This is quite ridiculous, you can't expect people to pay for service like this. Fix this, tell me why its happening and if it will happen again.
