Email Blocked because Plan Changed by Zoho

Email Blocked because Plan Changed by Zoho

I signed up for Zoho sites (OK) and was offered email integration (OK) and paid (OK) - I believe its called Pro+Mail. Then I find my POP accounts and App bar are no longer available - not OK. I was told by  Suresh Babu of Zoho why that occurred (OK) and that I should change back to Email Lite but I got no instructions how to do that (not OK). Then I find all my emails are blocked because I have gone over the limit - which applies to Pro+Mail - NOT OK. The notification email on the blockage says to contact support@zohomail.com but of course I can't because my email is blocked. 

Is this a joke? How am I supposed to run my business with no email? Clearly I made the mistake of paying money. What business offers you less when you pay than you had when you were using the service for free? 

I have rung (from Australia) twice to no avail and emailed about 4 times - again to no avail. Is this how Zoho treats a customer of three years? 

I need to hear from someone urgently.
