Email Bugs

I have my email set to fetch every 3 minutes. It does not do this automatically for me unless I either click fetch or close out and log back in.

Then when I do click fetch it will sometimes display new items and other times say no new messages, but when I click on unread, new emails show up there...but not in my inbox. I have made sure that my inbox is clicked to show all.
