Hi.. I just recently found out that emails sent from the CRM to any outlook user can't be tracked until they click the download image option in the mail. 

Outlook shows a message that says - Click here to download pictures. To help protect your privacy. Outlook prevented automatic download of some pics in the message.

I did NOT add any images in my mail. I got to know that Tracking in zoho can only be done through a specific tracking element and this element is in the form a small pixel image. Hence that download image message appears. Until that is clicked the email is not considered as opened in zoho. 

Due to this no opens are tracked in the zoho platform, hence the email workflow for follow-ups don't work and the analytics are all wrong. 

To add to this, bounced emails don't show in real-time. I get to know emails have bounced couple days later. 

Any solution to this problem? Can zoho have a way to track emails in outlook with any images in the tracker?
