Hi I'm having a hard time figuring out why are my margins negative. Sales price is larger than purchase price and when I manually calculate the margin I do not get the same numbers that I get once I run the report. FYI - im testing Zoho inventory at this point. Hi, I have a client who is doing analysis using the new CRM Analytics function. I am having trouble creating the reports I need which need to key off the clients financial year quarters rather than the standard Q1 = Jan-Mar, Q2 = Apr-Jun etc. My customers financial year starts April and ends on the last day of the following March.
