EMAIL CAN'T RECEIVE BUT CAN TO SENDING

some email error .

admin@go-talks.com (fine)
hi@go-talks.com (fine)
finance@go-talks.com (can sending email but can't receive email )

why only finance error .not all account . if the proble cause smtp

how to fix that , please give me answer . thanks you
