(should be between 20 to 200.)
I am not sure if this feature ever worked in Zoho, it seems like we have been manually refreshing to get new emails for as long as we have been using Zoho ( 5 Years ).
Any tips on how to improve this. I had it set to 3 minutes and that never worked.
