Email Client setting and Multiple email management , display and

Hello Everyone, 

We are seeking help to resolve a challenge we experiencing with out Email settings on ZOHO CRM . 

This is the scenario : 

We have multiple email accounts (Our private Business domain ), through which we receive all the email communication, not only from our recorded contacts (associated to a known email), but also any other email communication. 

How we display or we can know what we receive, manage it , cancel etc . ? 

The little envelope on the top right , only shown 12 messages, ( Supposedly the last one received) , but is not working or something is wrong with it. 

How we shall properly set the email client to display our incoming mail and handle it with the rest of the Zoho's CRM application ? 

Any help and suggestion is greatly appreciated.
