I had expected it would look for emails that looked like what I am typing, and give you a choice and you select the correct one. That did not happen for me.
I manually typed in the email and the cc name and sent the email. I went to the contacts and nothing was recorded or connected between the email and the contact.
Actually below is a place foe me to type emails to share this with, however it does not link as well. I expected once you were a professional user or better things would be linked.
Help me through the please.
