Email collaboration/teamwork
How would I be able to share my emails with my assistants. So we could see at a glance what has been replied to, what is in process and what needs my immediate attention. Any idea how we could do this SIMPLE task??
I have read many comments about creating public groups and forwarding one copy to each member of the group. But so far if we do this ehen we are blind to what others are doing. We really need a solution to this simple task. It has to interactive so that we can see what each assistant is doing(interactive like connect, or any other zoho modules).
Trying to avoid three people responding to the same email. (work as a team) Zoho brags about collaboration within organization. Please explain how to do this simple task. How do other organizations do this?
Goals:
Delegate my day to day emails. While be able to see what each member has done on different emails so duplication is done. see in both the online and mobile portals.
