Email Configuration and Deliverability
Our company is new to ZOHO (CRM plus) and I am pretty sure my configuration in Campaigns is correct - we verified the domains through our email host etc. and I have reviewed several times. However, Not only are our open rates insanely low (we average 30-50% open in Mail Chimp and are getting .9% opens with the few campaigns we have sent) but I am not even getting my test emails to my @gmail address from campaign.
Does anyone have advice on who can help us? Support has been zero help troubleshooting this issue (have submitted several tickets but they say it's fine) , we feel we followed all of the proper set up steps but we literally can not send anything from zoho right now.
