Email configuration issue - Can't send emails via CRM any more

Hi All
I had to change my Outlook 365 password and when later that day I tried to use templates in Zoho CRM to send an email I found that this feature had stopped working, giving me an error message. Via settings/channels/email,  IMAP is set up and it looks fine and updated, with the new outlook password entered but I get an error message every time I try to email. It lets me send from my own email but not the company email that all staff share when communicating with customers. This has been going on for exactly 2 weeks now and I rely heavily on using templates in the CRM. The work around is very slow and doesn't always work and I have many emails that I had scheduled that will not be going out. Zoho Developers have not worked out what is going wrong.
Getting desperate now. Any ideas?
