Email Configure doesn't work well

Email Configure doesn't work well

Dear Team,

I have configured Zoho Email to my domain w2apps.com. I can send email to other email accounts like gmail, outlook etc. But no emails received to my Zoho email ( 1473050174725@w2apps.com, aravindh@w2apps.com, etc.). Please advise me what to do next?
