I have just signed up to Zoho CRM and I have, I think, integrated my PoP3 email, however, I'm somewhat confused as to which email system I should use in the CRM as there seems to be a few ways to do the same thing.

For example I can email a lead/contact from directly in their data record  - this then saves the email in their record so I can see what I have sent - so this is good.

I also had another button on the menu bar that when clicked it opened a web based looking client.  When I used this to send and receive emails in it did not link to the contacts/leads i.e the emails were not listed in their records - so I'm not sure why this one would be used?

Now something strange has happened as I'm typing - the web based looking email has been replaced with a yellow envelop and when clicked it has nothing inside?  I had a load of emails and I had sorted into new folders?

Whats just gone on and where are all my emails?

I think I may have been in a webmail view but I have no idea how to get back to it?

Could anyone help.
