email content scare!

I sent an email and then cked the 'email content' in Zoho after sending.
I saw:
My message ...
And then this!
${User.First Name} ${User.Last Name}
${User.Email}
${Organization.Organization Name}

I freaked! I sent a test email to myself to see if this was a new bug but the fields were populated properly, thank goodness.

I want to see exactly what was sent in an email with all fields populated.
