Email conversations

I understand how to setup my gmail to capture conversations in Zoho CRM with  my contact.
I need to know how I can capture conversations I have with my colleagues within the CRM about the contact, without emailing the client.
In other CRMs I can bcc an application-created address which will also send the email to the contact or organisation.
How can I capture the conversation about the contact, but which is not with  the contact in the CRM via my mail application?
The intention is to track all the conversations the team have about working with the client/contact, not just the emails that go to them.
This must be possible, but I cannot find any guidance.
