We have a number of (software) Products and we add these to each customer account as they buy to keep the record accurate.
Sometimes we have offers or upgrades and so we want to be able to create a list of customers who have a particular product and then mail them.
But Product is not in the criteria list for Campaigns or mass emails, it appears, so how do we do this?
