Email Customization, Recurring Meetings, and mobile app updates
Hello there,
We hope you are staying safe and healthy. This month we're excited to share some major feature updates with you. In addition to introducing email customization, recurring meetings, and recurring webinars in Zoho Meeting, we have added some useful features and enhancements our users have been asking for in our mobile apps. Let's take a look at what's new:
Features
- Email customization: Customize the content and design of your webinar invitations, registration confirmations, and follow-up emails. Send multiple reminder emails before webinars. Learn more.
- Recurring meetings: Schedule a meeting once and set it to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, etc. Modify or delete a specific recurring meeting if you want, and the changes you make will be synced to your calendars as well.
- Recurring webinars: Organize a webinar once and set it to repeat on the schedule you choose.
Android app updates
- Sign in and sign up options: You can now sign up for Zoho Meeting and sign in to your Zoho Meeting account from the Zoho Meeting Android app.
- Start instant and scheduled meetings: Before this update, you could only join meetings from the Android app. Now, you can start both instant and scheduled meetings from the Zoho Meeting Android app.
- Add presenter: Select and add your organization members as presenters for meetings you create from the Zoho Meeting Android app.
- Chat feature: Share text messages and links with other participants during a meeting using the Meeting Android app.
- Dial-in facility: If your internet connection is weak or unsecure, you can now dial in to your meetings using local and toll-free numbers from the Zoho Meeting Android app.
- Moderator controls: Meeting hosts can now start and moderate meetings using controls like mute participants, remove participants, and lock meeting from the Zoho Meeting Android app.
Updates in iOS and Android
- Schedule, edit, and cancel meetings: In addition to signing in to your Zoho Meeting account, you can now create, edit, and cancel meetings from the iOS app.
- View upcoming and past meetings: You can access and view all your scheduled meetings and your past meetings in Zoho Meeting from your Android device.
- Change audio output device: You can now change the speakers you use during a meeting (built-in, headset, or bluetooth speakers) using the audio output button.
- We have also added crash and bug fixes and other enhancements.
