My email is appearing in my Inbox at least 1 hour after the being sent by my clients.  I had a client on the West Coast send me an email this morning at 8:15 am.  It did not arrive in my box until 9:30 am, EST.  This caused a problem as we are working on a project and I missed critical project changes.
