email delay

I just confugure the zoho mail but i can't send or receive email. I have point the mx records to zoho and configure the outlook but when i send a email from the outlook or the zoho webmail i can receive it olso i have trying to send some test email from outllok and zoho webmail but still the emails don't arrive.. Thanks for your help
