As marketers, we know that our contacts will never prefer receiving generic emails that are irrelevant to their needs and interests. The content we offer will determine the success of our campaign and help us build a strong customer base.
 
Let's look at some best practices for crafting email content.
  • Include your company logo and address as header and footer, respectively, while crafting an email.
  • Your email should contain the right amount of text and images. 
  • Create mobile-friendly emails and ensure that CTAs are easily accessible.
  • Use A/B testing to identify the best version of your campaign.
  • Add an unsubscribe link to comply with laws like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.
