Email delivery delay-sending and receiving

For the past two weeks I have had several critical issues with Zoho Mail:

  1. Incoming emails are delayed. I have been using an alternate email client and I will receive messages there, sometimes hours before they appear in my Zoho account.

  2. The incoming email pull isn't working. I have to refresh the window several times for messages to come in.

  3. I don't receive emails in the Mobile app unless I have refreshed and downloaded them on the Desktop app.

  4. I have Desktop notification Disabled but it has turned on several times in the past week.

  5. Outgoing message delivery is intermittent. I have had several important messages leave my Outbox, show in my Sent box, but not be delivered to the recipients. It has happened for several domains including Yahoo, Gmail and private client domains. I have verified that there is no block on my email account from my hosting server and I have sent the same exact message from an alternate email client and it has been delivered.
I submitted a Helpdesk request and still haven't heard from anyone. I have depended on Zoho for many years because it used to be very reliable. Now I have lost confidence. I am wasting time following up with my clients to see if they are receiving my messages. It is costing me productivity and making me look unprofessional. 

I am looking into a permanent transition to another email client if these issues aren't resolved quickly.
