As a business user of Zoho mail I expect a certain level of support. The current delays in email delivery were explained away as a server issue that is now resolved. This was over 10 hours ago, the issue is still ongoing and there has been almost no other comment or further explanation coming from support. This really is not good enough.
Can support please explain properly what is going on and update us all on when the issues are likely to be resolved.
