Email delivery issue

Hi,

I have a green check on all every thing, image below

But still i am not able to receive or send emails
All the emails from zoho are showing in Queue however all the emails send from my other email to zoho are being rejected, Rejection msg is " Your message couldn't be delivered to  md@thezoom.ae  because the remote server is misconfigured. See the technical details below for more information"
