We are experiencing some issues in email getting delivered to email accounts with QQ.com servers.
We are trying to contact QQ Email administrators in several ways, through Email, filling up their forum etc. We are still awaiting a response from them in this regard.
If you are hosting your domain with Zoho, we suggest you to set the SPF records/ Domain Keys for your domain to authenticate the delivery of email through Zoho Servers. Please refer the help page '
SPF Records
' for further information. However, there may be still some delayed delivery/ failures, in particular to QQ.com account, without any substantial information or communication.
We will update you, in case we receive any valid and substantial information from QQ. We also highly recommend you to get in touch with QQ.Com server administrators in case of any delivery failures by emailing them or posting in their forums, and include support (at) zohomail (dot) com in your communication to them.
