I read an email this morning and when i went back to reply it had disappeared. I didn't delete it, didn't archive it. I did a search for several keywords in all folders and no sign of it. Had to ask my client to re-send it which looks somewhat unprofessional.
Has this happened to anyone else?
I'm now wondering if any other emails have disappeared...
