email ending up in recipients spam folder

Dear Sir, Madam,

Yesterday after testing “mysite.com” on your free email platform I signed up for a paid subscription plan. All works as it should and I am very impressed with your software, therefore a big thank you.

I then added another domain I own “mysite2.com” along with another paid subscription to manage “mysite2.com” and all works well apart from mail sent from name@mysite2.com ends up in spam folders.

I followed all the advice that I found in your forums concerning the same problem and have given time for the DNS to propagate but all to no avail.

Further help would be appreciated.
