Email Exchange no longer working on iOS

Hi Team,

Had email address jay{(at})buildyourdynasty.{com].au in my iPhone syncing contacts. I had to reset my iPhone and now I am unable to link this email back via exchange.

The email can be added via imap; however I don't need this - I simply need the exchange sync to sync the contacts.

How can this be setup again?

The error being received is:

"Unable to verify account details"
