Email forwarding and lost emails issues

Hi Support,

Please urgently help. I'm facing the same issue with forwarding emails to Gmail. It was working fine till few days back and no settings has been changed since. I noticed this when the obvious email notifications such as Facebook's doesn't get forwarded. Thinking this could be another of Zoho's few hours email delayed issue, I decided to be patient but apparently it's a different issue.


Tried removing the forwarding, then re-add and verified, still no forwarding. Worst case there maybe lots of emails got lost because the "Delete Zoho Mail's copy" option was intentionally left enabled. When disabled the option, I start seeing only new emails appearing in the Zoho Inbox, still none got forwarded to Gmail.


Why did Zoho continued with the deletion of emails if the forwards are not successful, worst users not notified? Losing emails doesn't look good on a provider. This is clearly an issue that us end-users can't rectify.
