Why was my forwarding disabled?

Why was my forwarding disabled?

I've been having messages to my Zoho email account autoforwarded to a couple of other addresses for some time now. Wondering why a message someone said they sent to my Zoho address never arrived at one of the addresses my Zoho address forwards to, I logged into my Zoho webmail and found that the message had arrived in my Zoho inbox . However, upon checking in my Zoho email settings I found that the forwarding for my account showed "disabled" checked. I also know that I never disabled it, not having even logged in to the Zoho web interface since the last email which was forwarded as expected.

Just thought I'd report this incident of my Zoho forwarding somehow becoming disabled although I did nothing to disable it. I might also add that there's nothing wrong with the addresses being forwarded to which should have prevented forwarding. Both still have plenty of storage space and seem to be receiving messages fine otherwise.
