Hello!
I am transferring our company's email addresses from our previous provider to Zoho and we've run into some problems. At our old host some of the employees used simple forwarding addresses that sent email straight to their personal (gmail) accounts and we've tried to set that up here by creating accounts and setting up email forwarding for those people. Unfortunately they are now reporting that when someone tries to send them an email it is bouncing back with a series of 550 errors.
The accounts were created and set to forward in the domain control panel > User Details and both accounts had the forwarding address verified.
Please let me know what I can do to fix this problem.
