Email freezing

Morning. Is anybody able to advise me. I am an email user only. Not a technical wiz. Our email keeps on freezing. It has been happening for the last few days, in any part of the email process. I have to keep on coming out of zoho and logging back in. This isn't happening in any other site that I use. Any sugguestions greatly appreciated,
