Email from Amazon keeps loading....

Email from Amazon keeps loading....

I'm not able to open an e-mail from Amazon. It just keeps saying ' Loading...'

The problem is the same using either Firefox 19.0.1 or Internet Explorer 8.

I tried opening the email in a new window and I got an error message like this:

"Error!
Sorry, but we can't process your request. Please, try again later.
"

Internet Explorer shows the Javascript error icon in the status bar.

The Javascript error messages are similar to:

"Property or method not supported by the object, zvaschat.js, line 7"

and

"Required object, home.do, code:0, URI:
https://zmail.zoho.com/mail/home.do?zburl=https://mail.zoho.com&istp=zb&reusewms=true&top=false

"
