Hi, any emails sent by users from our domain synectix.net (emails NOT hosted on Zoho) are not delivered to users in synectictelecom.com (emails hosted on Zoho).
An email sent from synectix.net to my gmail address was delivered with a notification that "Gmail couldn't verify that synectix.net actually sent this message (and not a spammer)." and that "Opentransfer.com did not encrypt this message".
The emails from synectix,net are routed through the Opentransfer servers. SPF & DKIM validations are not available on this server.
Can you please clarify as to where the problem lies ? Did Zoho not receive this email at all or all emails from this domain are blocked by Zoho ?
synectix.net is listed in the "Allowed Recipients - Domain List" on the Zoho Control Panel, but yet, the emails are not delivered.
If emails from this domain are being blocked because it does not have SPF/DKIM validation, why is the "Whitelist" entry not overriding the block ?
