Email from CRM being Blocked or Marked as Spam by Google
In the last 24 hours we have noticed emails triggered by Zoho CRM are being blocked or marked as phishing by Google.
Specifically the messages being block are ones that included a link with those links being replaced by the zohoinsights-crm.com domain aliasing.
So a CRM triggered email with no link in the message to person@domain.com goes through correctly whereas an email misgave that includes something like www.domain.com or www.example.com which gets replaced by Zoho CRM with an alias domain including the domain root zohoinsights-crm.com is getting blocked or marked as phishing.
Clearly Google is seeing a issue with the zohoinsights-crm.com domain and that's going to create a BIG problem for CRM users who rely on various email automations.
