Email from CRM being Blocked or Marked as Spam by Google (and maybe more)

In the past 24 hours we’ve noticed that emails sent via Zoho CRM are being blocked or flagged as phishing, particularly by Google.

The issue seems to occur specifically when emails contain links. URLs like www.domain.com or www.example.com are automatically rewritten by Zoho CRM into tracking links using the zohoinsights-crm.com domain. Emails without links are delivered without any problems, but once these tracking links are included, deliverability drops and messages are flagged.

I haven’t fully identified the exact pattern yet, but it appears likely that the redirect behavior of Zoho’s insight tracking links is triggering spam or phishing filters. So far, this issue is clearly happening with Google, but it may also affect other email clients.

From what I’ve seen, this problem has come up multiple times before, but there doesn’t seem to be a clear or consistent solution available yet.

The following error message is shown in the mail clients:

"This message appears dangerous. The message contains a suspicious link that may be used to steal personal information. Do not click on any links or reply with personal information."

We can't have that, this is causing us harm at the moment.
