I am trying hard but nothing is working out.

1.

I could configure my pop account and the emails are very well showing there

but the emails that I receive from the lead does not show in the leads page.

2.

I have 4 accounts purchased for zoho, but they do not show under  Zoho Mail Add-on Users tab
