In the Deals module of CRM, we use a button with a custom function to create and associate a new Zoho Project when our sales team sends a Quote Request to our engineering team.  As an additional step to this process, I would like to have an email sent to the assigned Projects user, based on a email template we have in the CRM system.  Any thoughts on best way to trigger this?  Can an email from a template be initiated using additional deluge coding or is there another way?

I tried looking at Blueprint and Workflow rules but I did not see any way to incorporate someone using a button in those...

Also thought about using Email Notification but I don't see that I can link that to a button...

As an additional note, the button assigns the new project to the same person each time, so the email could be set up to always send to the same user as well.

Appreciate any feedback or direction on how you may have handled something similar!
