Hi, I need alittle help, I am just getting my head around Zoho CRM and I want to use the send email from the leads and contacts but when I use it it logs in the contact history but it does not log in my sent items in my email.
Also I want to be able to pull an email's sent report from Zoho but can not figure out how to do it.
I am currently using the free version if this make any difference.
