Email has been rate limited - but I have sent no group email

Email has been rate limited - but I have sent no group email

I have received several messages that mail from the Zoho Blog sent to webmanager@cantate.org could not be forwarded to my gmail account so.

I have not sent any group emails from the " webmanager@cantate.org" account so I do not understand why gmail would complain about too many sent emails.

Please advise.
