Email History

Hi,

Emailing directly from within CRM by selecting a contact is great. Too easy.

However, where do I get to see my 'Sent' emails like I can in my 'Sent' folder in my Z Mail client?

I often refer to my Sent folder in my Z Mail client to remember what I'd sent up to a few days before. How would one do that if emails originate from Z CRM? I can't see any history. I'd have to visit each person in my contacts list to see what emails were sent to them recently.

It would seem that the mailing functionality in Z CRM is not integrated with the Z Mail client/system.

Any guidance for me?
