We have a serious problem and we need to know what to do. We have turnover with our sales reps and right now, as we just found out, if we remove a user from the CRM and Zoho business, ALL the email history associated with that user, between the user and contacts is lost.
The only way to preserve that data now is to continue to pay for these users and that solution is not acceptable. We need to know what to do and we need to know quickly. Please advise, this is a major problem.
