Email ID already exists!
Hi,
I want to create an email id " bdm@smjauditors.com" . But the system says that email ID already exists! SO I created another email ID " bdmsmj@smjauditors.com" and wanted to create an alias " bdm@smjauditors.com" for it.
Again I am getting an error message that the email ID already exists with another account but which does not belong to "smjauditors.com"! How can this be possible? As per my knowledge this error should not crop up as each domain name is unique!
How to resolve this issue?
I am trying to migrate the existing email ids from a different mail server to Zoho Mail Server. And I want the email ID " bdm@mydomain.com" to be setup which is a crucial part of my organization.
