Email ID already exists

Hi,

I have the same question as a lot of other posts. I just registered with my own domain and achieved the verification. Now, I can't use my preferred email address mail@mydomain it will let me use other things@ but I want mail@. The error I get is Email ID already exists, but it definitely doesn't.
