I have a problem setting up my email on the Zoho CRM system. Our incoming server port is 143 and its an IMAP email account. Our outgoing server port is 25. Now I can change the outgoing server port but I cannot change the default incoming email server port as it won't change from 995 to anything else (I want to change it to 143).
Is there any way I can change the incoming server port number on the Zoho CRM email settings?
Otherwise is there any other way for my email to work on the Zoho CRM platform?
