I am a new paid "professional" subscriber to Zoho. During my trial period, I generated an automated Zoho email that I could bcc on my emails so that these emails could be automatically linked to my leads and accounts, using content recognition. I have been using that bcc but the emails are not showing up in Zoho. Could you offer any advice on how to get this working? Is this kind of email integration included in "Professional"?
