Email integration

concerning the upcoming CRM and Mail integration

will we have a single location solution as other CRM's offer or will we be force to go back and forth with CRM and Mail

i would prefer a fully integrated solution so I never leave the CRM - is that going to be the case? or should I expect a different solution form CRM?
